I need someone to test for gas leaks in the appliances and pipes, and to test for carbon monoxide. The house is approximately 30 years old and the water heater, stove and oven may have been installed when the house was built. The stove is a Roden stove. One of the knobs on the stove is broken. The integrity of the oven, stove and pipes are in doubt. The water heater, oven and stove and the corresponding pipes need to be checked for gas leaks. The stove and oven also needs to be tested for excessive Carbon Monoxide emissions. One of the taps on the sink is also leaking and needs to be fixed.
