When it rains, we smell water coming from the attic. I would like someone to enter the attic (small manhole) and check for water buildup. I would like the roof checked as well because I suspect the roof valley wasn't cut right. I had someone look in the attic a while ago and they said they saw light coming in from the valley area. The good news is we don't see any water damage yet, but not sure if water is pooling.
