There is an existing ensuite hot/cold shower facility and we want this to be changed into a toilet with a small hand wash basin. The basin, on top of vanity unit as well as a toilet with rear exit (piping straight through a brickvenier wall) have been purchased. Existing tiling etc maybe removed by owners (if required) to allow access to existing shower piping etc. Outside sewerage access pipe from an existing toilet about 3 meters away. New tiling etc (to be discussed) of ensuite prior to final fitting/connection of toilet and basin would definitely most appreciated.
