Currently demolishing my house. After the demolition (should finish by 5 March) , the following needs to be done by a registered plumber:
1. The Sewer Service (left rear corner) to be capped at the tie point.
2. The Storm Water Service to be capped at the entry point to the property (LPOD) (if not already done by demolisher).
3. The Water Service to be capped on the dwelling side of the meter (if not already done by demolisher), with tap to be installed at the meter.
