Very unhappy with service. Sent tradesman who did not know the unit described in call out. Had to chase up and got very unsatisfactory response. I dont think this tradesman was fully qualified for job paid for sevice not provided. Sourced other tradesman who identified and fixed problem immediately. HMMM! Will not use this service again.
