Most rainwater from my roof is piped into a sump pit at the rear of the house. The water is pumped back over the house and into the storm water drain. The Lowarra brand pump in the pit is partially blocked and not working properly. I need it unblocked. There doesn't seem to be an exact category for this job, it isn't exactly a drain problem, maybe a water tank plumber or someone else with experience in pump repairs could do this job
