There is a smell of blocked pipes / sewerage issues around my house. It happened a couple of years ago and was blocked drains from toilet/bathroom/laundry. At that time a plumber was able to clear it. I believe the same problem has reoccurred.i am not interested in any major drain or pipe repairs because the house is under a planning permit and will be demolished in 12 months. I also need some changing of washers inside the house x 3 areas. Also need some advice about a toilet cistern that isn't working properly and may need to be replaced.
