bathroom 2: (immediately below bathroom 1, currently a laundry) remove laundry fittings, install and plumb in new shower (marbletren, already purchased) and vanity.
laundry: install washing machine taps, remove existing shower plumbing, replace existing vanity with laundry sink.
kitchen: install dishwasher and new sink taps.
(we are very handy and can do most of the non-plumbing work)
