2: tiling of bathroom walls, install vanity, new taps & any other fixtures & fittings required. IXL lighting to be installed. Walls to be replaced with villaboard. Shower plumbing to be moved to other side of same wall. Vanity to be moved where shower sits now (vanity & shower to be on the same wall.
