The following is a Scope of Work to inform for providing a fee proposal for plumbing work to be undertaken at a residential home in Preston, Victoria.
Property: 24 Jacka St, Preston
Building: Residential Home
Number of Storeys: Two
Floor Construction Material: Concrete stumps (restumped), suspended timber floor with adequate crawl space.
Wall Construction: Ground Floor – Cavity Brick with timber frame and plaster
1st Floor – Cement Render with timber frame and plaster
Roof Construction: Pitched roof with terracotta tile
Bedrooms: Four
Works
I seek a quote from a licensed, insured and experienced plumber to undertake the following works at the Property:
1. Supply of a gas connect to a new kitchen stove (existing gas line beneath kitchen);
2. Relocation (2-3m) of existing bathroom connections to new bathroom including shower and vanity; and
3. Relocation of existing toilet from rear of house to new bathroom (approximately 8m)
All fixtures and fittings will be supplied.
Note, the Property will be undergoing a renovation which includes removal of some internal walls allowing improved access. This includes full access to the wall cavity of the existing and new bathroom.
It is anticipated that the plumbing works will be undertaken in early August, 2017.

An inspection of the property can be arranged.
