Bathroom: Raise shower head height, install mixer in shower (where 2 taps had been previously). Cap 2 taps off in wall. Install taps for vanity. * Description: basically the shower is staying hwere it is, but head goes up and mixer in, the bath is being removed and a double vanity going in its place, so the old vanity taps capped off). All demo will have been done prior to work.
Laundry: cap off 2 taps in wall. Drop laundry tub tap down wall (new tub will have mixer), installing 2 sets of taps, (one for tub, one for washer).
