We have two, 3rd story apartments in the city and are wanting to extend an existing powder room and put in a shower.
We have spoken to BCC and they said we are self assessable but require a form 1. They said we may also need to contact a Hydraulic Consultant.
The units are pretty much a reverse copy of each other. We don't have access to unit 41 till the 4th June and unit 40 won't need to be done until early September. We will pull up the floorboards, and the walls will be framed but not sheeted. I have a basic layout of the unit that I could email you and where the new shower is going but no actual plumbing plans.
Are you interested in giving us a quote and what do you need to be able to give us a firm quotation on the plumbing and what is your time frame and availability when it is at the stage of being ready for the plumbing to be done?
There will also be more plumbing and tiling to be done at a later date if interested.
