Job 1 - Ensuite bathroom has a water leak of some sort which has rotted the boards . underneath. I need the leak investigated and if possible fixed. I need a written report on the cause of the leak for insurance purposes.
Job 2 - There is an old gas central heating unit under the house. I would like the gas connection removed so that the unit can be removed.
Job 3 - There is a smell of gas occasionally in the kitchen. I have been under the house in this region and I believe that the leak is there and accessible from there.
Access under the house is reasonable. In the areas where you are likely to need to inspect/work - it is about 3 feet off the ground.
I would like a general insurance certificate for any work undertaken.
