Quote needed to undertake the following:
1 x Disconnect and remove toliet
1 x Disconnect and remove hand basin
1 x Disconnect and remove bath tub
Disconnect two sets of taps and shower head.
All items can be left on site once removed.
There will be a second job to re-instate new bathroom items and replace pipes coming into this bathroom (once other work is completed). I envisage that whoever completes the first part (as above), would have first right of refusal to undertake second part.
I require two quotes for inital work.
