I need a quote on the following:
Bathroom:
1. Disconnect & strip out existing bathroom (if you provide this service)
2. Re-run/connect piping to new bathroom design
3. Install membrane for waterproofing (if you provide this service)
4. Install shower screen, bath tub, toilet, vanity, taps, mixers etc after tiling has been complete
Kitchen:
1. Disconnect existing gas stove and plumbing for removal of existing kitchen
2. Re-run/connect piping to new kitchen design
3. Reconnect the gas stove & plumbing after kitchen has been installed
4. Install taps, sinks & mixers after kitchen has been installed
Other:
1. Install a new gas water system (Supply and fitted possibly)
The house is currently vacant in Northbridge and work is expected to begin in the next couple of weeks. Please let me know if you can come over to the property for a quote.
Note - I will purchase all the items for installation and will be delivered to the property

After responding to quote request, they did not call or contact for almost a week, I had to call and chase up for a quote on site, they agreed to quote and confirmed a time and date but didn\'t turn up and didn\'t call to tell me they can\'t make it so I waited almost half an hour and tried calling but could not get through to their mobile. No apology was given and no further contact was made so I sent a message to tell them not to worry about it because I can\'t trust them with my job, very unreliable and unprofessional.
