BATHROOM remove taps and temporarily seal off the pipes for 2 sets of taps - detach under-sink drain from sink. Also remove shower head and temporarily seal off pipe.
LAUNDRY: Remove taps and temporarily seal off 2 sets in a laundry. Detach and remove laundry tub. remove laundry tub from site. Seal off the laundry drain for the time being.
KITCHEN: Remove kitchen taps and seal off the pipes for the time being.
TOILET: Remove toilet and replace cistern and pan. Remove old toilet from site.
ENSUITE: bathroom taps (one set) removed and pipes sealed temporarily. Dainpipe from bathroom sink to be detached. Shower head in ensuite to be removed and pipe sealed temporarily. Shower taps to be removed and sealed off temporarily.
SECOND TOILET: Replace cistern and toilet tap. Remove old cistern from site.
OUTDOOR: There is also one outdoor tap to be removed and sealed off permanently.
