I am in a first floor unit and any water from my balcony drips into the balcony below from the front as it is slanted to allow draining. However, the water falls into my neighbours balcony. I would like a simple gutter or drain that would make the water drain a few inchs further forward on to the lawn (infront of my neighbours balcony) rather then on to the balcony below. I am unsure whether a gutter or some kind of drain can achieve this best. The balcony is small and extends the legnth of two large sliding doors.
