Archicentre building inspection report identified that surface and sub-surface drainage have not been caterered for around our property. this may be causing the rising damp which is affecting some of the rear of our house. inspection report recommended the excavation of the ground at the base of the retaining wall and installation of a socked ag line wrapped in geo-tech. also a surface spoon drain to take away ground water. and connecton to stormwater lines to the street.
also need to fix drainage under the house where subterannean water is percolating through the rear garage wall.
