Hi guys,
We have a 50s weatherboard on Coonan's Hill. House is on stilts, recently done (5yrs ago), plenty of ventilation, but ongoing issues with damp / wet patches under the house.
Our suspicion is that uphill of the retainer wall in the back, no agi pipes were laid, and any other half decent drainage exists.
We'd like to hear an expert's opinion on how to tackle this, and obtain a quote for the associated works.
