Add new bathroom to the house:
- new shower
- new toilet
- new basin
- new laundry basin
Large laundry will be converted into second bathroom. There are already existing waist water (100mm) and water (hot and cold) pipes in the room. Main water pipes run on the ceiling and into the wall cavities. New proposed bathroom will majorly re-use existing waist and water pipes, however new pipes must be added as well.
The floor will be raised approximately 150mm and covered with chipboard when plumbing work is done. Ceiling sheets will be removed to allow easy access to main pipes in the roof if needed. There should be no obstacles or unpredictable work. New bathroom plans and existing plumbing plans can be supplied on demand.

-install new waist water pipes
-install hot/cold water
-connect hardware
-certify work
