About two months ago we noticed a "dark spot" appearing in the plasterboard above our kitchen top which has turned out to be water dripping from above - we're not sure what is leaking but there is an ensuite bathroom directly above the leak. The leak has now made a hole in the plasterboard and is definitely worse - we now need a tub below the leak to catch the drips.
