Damaged, rusted and badly leaking downpipes in three locations at front area of house. Need to be replaced with new downpipes and properly connected and closed into existing stormwater drain openings. Guttering appears to be sound and not damaged in anyway, but need to be assessed. It is a 90 year old brick house with tiled roof.
