Plumbing of a new 25.8 sq double storey house with kitchen, 1 toilet and loundry downstairs and ensuite, 1 bathroom with separate toilet upstairs.
the access will be available before the plasterer starts working which should give easy access. the water is connected up to the block but will need to be connected to the house (6m setback).
we require the pipes and labour only as we have already quotes for toilets, basins, the bath and showers. however, we are open to you supplying these items as well if it makes financial sense.
