I am so disappointed with Warren. I gave him a glowing review initially as I thought the job was done properly as I don't know much about plumbing. After only an hour when Warren left my place the bathroom tap started leaking to which Warren replied that he wasn't responsible for that as he didn't even bother changing the washer in hot water tap and only dealt with cold water tap. I then had another leak 2 days later from my shower head which Warren changed for a brand new one. I was very disappointed as I paid $195 for these washers and shower head to be replaced to stop the leaks and get more pressure in 2 taps. I asked Warren if he could come fix one of the taps to which he replied that he wanted more money . I ended up having to ask another plumber to come fix it as i don't trust his work now anyway. Definitely will not recommend and very disappointed.
