My rental unit in randwick/sydney requires a replacement toilet suite.
Replacement to be as follows:
1. Supply and fit new caroma - 4 star rated dual flush toilet cistern with an impact - toilet pan and set to existing bathroom
2. Disconnect and remove existing toilet suite
3. Alterations and additions to existing water and waste outlet
4. Test and commision new toilet suite on completion
5. Remove of all rubbish
Please supply a fix quote (including all parts) for the above works...
Note: As this is a rental unit, access may not be possible until the start of works..
