I've dug soil in the backyard and exposed pipe. It is smashed in one section and must also be blocked as when it rains water sits there for a while. There is also a broken pipe that runs underground along the fence line that is smashed and water seems to surface from under soil and run on to the foothpath.
Also, two outdoor taps licking as well as one in the toilet.
