We have a 4 clinker brick walls that need plastering or rendering. One is a chimney with a wood-burning stove built in, so will certainly require render rather than plaster. One of the other walls contains an archway that will need covering as well. There is also some patching (ceiling and walls) required around the house where electrical fittings have been removed.
