Water Leaking onto Celing upstairs next to AirCon Vent

Recently I have noticed water leaking next to the air conditioning vent upstairs. It is staining the ceiling. I need someone to take a look at this to see if the roof tiles on top of the house is cracked allowing water in, or the problem is associated with the ceiling itself.
I will need someone to repair whatever is required, and repaint the ceiling, and fix the plaster on the ceiling.
