Sound Proofing Existing Compressor Room

Plasterer
Supply and install Barrierboard in accordance with manufactures installation method including Barriseal throughout the compressor room excluding the ceiling. New installed Barrierboard should be in Good Condition ready to be painted.
Electrician
Disconnect and remove all existing GPO sockets and light switches within the compressor room. Upon completion of the Barrierboard and painting allow to reinstate the GPO sockets and light switches to return in Good Working Condition.
Painter
Supply and allow for undercoat and two coats of paint (to be specified). All works hould be completed in Good Condition.
Carpenter
Upon completion of painting allow to remove the existing compressor room door and replace with a new solid core door reinstating exisiting door hardware. Allow to supply and install door seal within the door frame. All works should be completed in Good Working condition.
