Require solid wall plaster repair to existing double brick wall where box air conditioner was removed. Existing house is 40's era with internal plaster having a texture finish. In addition, a new timber framed fireplace surround needs to be sheeted with plasterboard and jointed. Fireplace surround is full height and has two recesses, one for TV and one for shelf. Recesses to be plasterboard finished as well. No painting required.
