I have a ground floor 3 bedroom art deco apartment in Wiliamstown. There are several large cracks and lots of small cracks in existing hard plaster. The existing finish is slightly textured so I am looking to repair cracks and apply a skim coat on all walls to acheive a uniform smooth finish. There is a main lounge/meals area, 3 bedrooms and central hallway. I am planning to stage work starting with the lounge room first.
