Due to a recent broken pipe in the roof of our 2 storey apartment block, the plasterboard (or dry wall) in the ceiling of my unit and the unit above have been water damaged. I'm not sure if it is plasterboard or drywall - the apartment is Art Deco, so I think it's the former. In my case, the board has broken and come down, and upstairs the board had to be cut by the plumber to get to the broken pipe. I can provide pictures of the job. The leak happened a week ago so the boards have dried out significantly since.
