Remove solid plaster (and potentially timber laths if they are out of alignment) and replace with plasterboard on 2 walls and ceiling of bedroom. One wall has architraves around a doorway. Both walls have skirting boards. Preferably retain the existing decorative cornices by cutting/grinding the plaster near the edge of the cornices.
