We are looking at repairing or replacing the old masonite ceiling in our living room. There is some sagging but the masonite is not broken or cracked, and the pine (?) studs are fine. The stripping between panels has been removed. There is a ceiling fan installed between two panels, but no other light or electrical fittings.
