We have just purchased an approx 50yr old home in Baulkham Hills. The 3 bedrooms each have fibrous plaster walls and ceiling, with some cracking/bowing and some patchy prior touching up.
Would like a quote on replacing the wall and ceiling plaster in each room - We may do anywhere between 1 and 3 of the rooms in the end depending on the price so please quote per room, plus total job.
Room Dimensions:
Main Bedroom: 3.6m x 4.3m
Bedroom 2: 3.6m x 4.0m
Bedroom 3: 3.6m x 3.7m
Ceilings: 2.7 / 3.0 m
All rooms have plain cornices and picture rails - May be interested in upgrading to decorative cornices, depending on cost
Looking to have work done some time from 29th August (and must be completed by 6 September)
