Replace plaster vent above shower to allow for new fan

Nick requested 3 quotes from Plasterers in Surrey Hills

I have a plaster vent above my shower that I want to replace with a proper 29cm exhaust fan. The vent is too wide to cut out and fit the new fan, so I am assuming I will require the whole section of plaster to be cut out and replaced, then a new hole cut. The shower is in an alcove so the area that needs replacing is only approx 1mx1m.

Picture is attached.
