roof is currently clad with timber panels. these panels will be removed exposing roof structure by owner of property. i will need you to fit new metal batons for new plaster (13mm).box around three new skylights which have been installed involving some minor structural work. if you can take care of the roof insulation (polyester/wool) that would be appreciated. for your information roof is tin roof. the perimeter will be square edged. please quote to ready to be painted stage. all materials to be supplied by trader. all waste to be removed. property to be presented back to as found condition.

I am pleased with the efforts of Ma and his assistant, they were both fexible and hardworking and managed to make good of a very challenging plastering job. the hardest part of the job was the preparation and Ma spent a great deal of time preparing three roof windows and also undertook some structural work at my request. I would not hesitate to recommend him. My only reservation was based around the \'clean-up\'. I think Ma could have paid a liitle more attention to the fact that we were living in the house and perhaps considered using drop sheets. Other than that, pleasant and trustworthy.
