Repair section of render in top corner of room near ceiling and window.

During installation of shutters sections of render cracked and started to fall away near window. It exposed glue which had been used to fix a previous issue (with previous owner) which had simply been painted over. It appears that the render mix has more sand than cement making it weak and crumbly. Require to fix that section before issue becomes worse. Section is in top corner near the ceiling and window (max area 1m x 2m).
