There were a few setbacks. Richard did the quote based on a digital photo and me pacing the room to give him an idea of the floor space. On the agreed date he was unable to do the job. We agreed on another date and timeslot. I had to call him 3 times that morning at hourly intervals to establish his ETA. The plaster did his job quickly and cleaned up. But then the sanding was again a guessing game as to when he would turn up. The job was done well and quickly once the waiting was over. I think the guys need to communicate a bit more timely and efficiently with their customers to reduce frustration.
