Hi i am renovating an old property and I need someone to come and repair cracks that have appeared in the bedroom ceiling.this is causing the ceiling to sag slightly and I would like to get fixed before it gets worse. I dont think it is gyprock but is plastered. Room aprox size 3.5 x4. I can send some photos of cracks if needed and provide any more info needed for quotes if you contact me via msg or email.
