Patch ceiling that was water damaged by faulty installation of cooling in our investment property. Cooling system has been repaired and the area is dry. Now just needs to be patched up and painted. We require two quotes to provide to Coldflow for them to organise repair at their own cost. Have been given photos of the original damage but may need to liaise with the tenant if you need to inspect the property to provide a quote.
