Repair gyprock ceiling in one room in house

Gyprock ceiling was damaged by water during storm over a year ago , has sagged slightly for around a metre and a small gap is now present between two sheets of gyprock. Corner of cornices adjacent to the join which meet are cracked . Some staining of ceiling around the crack in the ceiling. Damage needs repair.
Roof is insulated. External roof has been repaired so no future leak will occur.
There are also some small plastering jobs to be done .
Home is unfurnished at present.
