plaster ceilings in 2 areas are water-damaged by leaking roof. during small rains, the leak wasn't obvious but during heavy storms, it is raining in the garage as well. 2 things need to be done. 1-repair the roof leak. 2-repair the plaster ceiling. i understand that these 2 jobs might be done separately by different persons.
