The flat above ours installed floor boards, installed battens with nail gun (?) holes came right through to our flat - several holes in our ceiling - whole ceiling needs to be 'tapped' to ensure that no other cracks/holes exist prior to fixing the holes.
i am seeking 3x quotes as i do not know what this type of job involves
