The plasterboard to all external walls has been removed. Also the bathroom and kitchen walls are without plaster board. All areas are prepard for new hard plasterting. Scope of works: approx. 60 sqm new plasterboard, finished for painting. Approx. 16 sqm wet area plasterboard (for bathroom and kitchen/gas cooktop), finished for tiling/painting. We also require new cornices. + some patching.
A marked up floor is available on request.
