We have a rectangular art deco plaster ceiling centre (approx 2m x 1m) that is coming away from the ceiling on one of the shorter edges. the job is to assess the condition of the entrie ceiling centre and surrounding ceiling and to reattach the centre piece securely.
our house was built in 1920. newport has reactive soil and we have seen many cracks develop in the lathen plaster over the last few years. we would also consider a separate quote to repair cracks in a number of rooms.
