We have just put in 2 new front windows and restumped our Californian Bung. I need a quote and someone to give us some sound advice to see if it is worth replastering one or both rooms now or to do the whole job once we renovate the whole house (which will happen in next 18 months). We can remove plaster and leave lards. The ceilings may also need replacing. Work to be done asap as we are sleeping in the lounge!
