I need some plastering done in an upstairs bathroom, adjoining toilet and downstairs roof. Due to bathroom leaking I am undertaking a renovation. I have a tiler who will be only tiling one row of tiles around the bottom of the walls. Villaboard will already be in place in the bathroom and waterproofing done. Cornices will be required on the ceiling. In the adjoining toilet two large sections on two walls require gyprocking and plastering from about the knee down. The downstairs ceiling has a hole approx a metre long and the entire panel is sagging (due to the water damage from leaking bathroom). No quotes for painting is required.
