I have an existing open plan lounge room and hallway that I have devided into a lounge and hallway. I have had the frame put up (with a space for double opening doors). I have had the wondows taken out and framed up. This room will be a dedicated music room.
I need the walls plastered. There is an existing plastered ceiling.
I need the 4 internal walls plastered with 16mm fire check plaster

The external hallway wall with 13mm sound check plaster

I would like square set corners inside the room and a normal plain cornice to match the existing cornice in the hallway (standard - plain).
Also 75mm acoustic sound insulation bats for the 4 walls.
Possible suspended ceiling in the future.
I would also like a quote to include with and without attaching the 16mm plaster with furring channels and resilient mounts.
