Just purchased a house and it requires plasterering in the following areas - Ceiling in the study has partially collapsed and cracked due to a leak in the roof which has been fixed (caused by overflow of gutters). Hole in the wall of the main bedroom where it looks like someone has put their fist through it (charming :-)) and may be a few other odd bits that need attention.
